Capital Area Reentry Coalition

APARC’s purpose is to increase the success rates for prisoners transitioning from prison to the community and reduce offender recidivism. By providing informational resources, CAPARC helps returning citizens answer the question “Where do I go to get help?” We work with local unions, non-profit organizations, employers and many more to provide services aimed at empowering the returning citizen to become successful and making our communities safer. Together, with our partnering organizations, we provide the returning citizens with mentors, skills that will land them potential careers, housing options and rehabilitation services if necessary.
